Description: Learn (or update your skills on) cold connections (no soldering). Students will have the opportunity to learn several ways to make rivets, anneal, cut, form and file metal (copper, brass, nickel). The class focus will be on cold-connected jewelry, art parts (doll bodies, clocks, assemblage, whatever) and embellishments, etching and patinas, coloring and sealing metal. Students can expect to complete several projects or a couple more complex ones. Study will be individualized to the group and to the student. Notes:
